Cultivating love is similar to a detox, in that when you‘ve eaten a poor diet for many years, one cleanse will not be enough to detox your body. Love has a rapport established within your being, and often the body can be in a state of distrust due to your history, how you’ve treated yourself and how you’ve been treated.
