Gratitude is an extension of the concept of love and is essential in exploring the self. Realizing the need or desire to change is not to hate ourselves for what we have done, what we’ve allowed to be done to us, or the happenings that we may have unfortunately been a part of.

Gratitude is to realize the life experience, the circumstances as they happened, did not destroy us and that ultimately there are teachings and opportunities for growth in all of it.

This lesson will explore gratitude practices and our capacity to find gratitude in all moments.
