Mindfulness or The ‘Zen Zone’, is a spiritual philosophy that invites you to sit in silence, reflect and question if you’ve told yourself the truth. Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment with kindness and compassion. 

In this lesson, you will learn mindfulness tools to implement in all of life, empowering you to heal any unhealthy patterns of the mind.  We can be our own medicine, so long as we do the work, mindfulness being a key component.
