Because Keith’s football injury left him paralyzed, the genesis of his healing path began in his mind. He had to make the conscious choice to overcome the self-defeating thoughts and feelings that followed the death of his career. He had to quiet his mind in order to see and detach from the seemingly endless stream of fearful, self-sabotaging thoughts long enough to move toward a new level of conscious thinking.
Achieving that stillness requires complete mindfulness. To be singularly focused on achieving mental quiet and clarity. To turn inward, to go to the source of thought, and from there, choose health, choose life… choose a new life. That set the template for his current teachings. His philosophy is to work with people from the inside out, starting with the mind.
