Once Ketih gained some amount of physical function back, yoga was the natural progression in his new life practice. He is an advocate for achieving peak performance of the body, which also includes strength training, physical functionality and core strength but the emphasis is always on a consistent yoga practice.
Through his teachings, Keith demonstrates how the practice of yoga can help us all embrace our true identity by leading us to a center of enlightenment and self-awareness.
Implementing a daily Mindfulness lifestyle practice that is complimented by meditation, yoga and other physical activities (that bring strength, flexibility and functionality to the body) we reach peak performance. From there we can confront our emotional doubts, breathe life and positive energy into our thoughts and simultaneously gain physical strength to be our best. This is our #PracticeForLife.
